For a more detailed plan, we will cover everything including, but not limited to, communicating what problem you are solving in the marketplace; how your solution is unique; marketing; operations, opportunity analysis; company management, milestones and more.
The other option is to create a plan, as outlined above, but also include a five-year financial model. This is often the most crucial part of a plan. It can help you close a deal with investors or, even if you don’t seek investment, gives you a financial road map for your launch.
